Tax and Currency
The rates throughout this process are quoted in EUR (Euros).
Irish VAT will be added to your purchase at the end of the process. Typically, VAT is charged at 23%.

Payment
Payment must be made at the end of the process by Visa or Mastercard. The address that you include at the beginning of the process must be the address which the card is registered to. 
Shortly after completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a registration summary and invoice.

Irish Welcome Reception | Sunday 10th September

This year our welcome reception will be a celebration of Ireland and including drinks, substantial canapes and Irish dancers. The event will take place on the evening of Sunday 10th September from 6pm at the Royal Dublin Society in the Concert Hall. The cost of attending is included in the registration fee. 

One welcome drinks reception ticket is included with conference registration.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation: Cancellations received in writing to info@efeeworldconference.com before 31 July will receive a 80% refund (a 20% handling fee will be applied). Full cancellation charges will apply from 1 August onwards. Delegate substitution will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Photography Please be aware that EFEE may take general photographs, video and sound recordings as a record of this event for use in presentations and communications. The criterion for publication is that persons in photographs may not reasonably feel exhibited, exploited or violated on the basis of a normal consideration. If a participant does not wish to be included in any photography or video, please contact info@efeeworldconference.com or notify a member of the EFEE Conference team on-site.
