Before you complete the process, please ensure that you:

- Have your company VAT registration number available (if applicable)

VAT and Euro (EUR)

The rates throughout this process are quoted in EUR (Euro). VAT is chargeable on all packages in Ireland and will be applied to functions and packages.

 

Payment

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer.

Shortly after completing the registration process you will receive a confirmation email which includes a registration summary. 

Accounts will generate a VAT invoice within 10 days of your booking. Your booking is fully secured on receipt of payment.

Emerging Professional Reception | Saturday 9 September

We are excited to be launching a reception for all attendees of the EFEE conference. It is a sponsored event with free snacks and drinks that will be hosted by the Emerging Professionals. The Emerging Professionals are a new EFEE initiative, aimed toward anyone with less than 10 years of involvement in EFEE. We are open to all professionals (young and experienced alike).

The purpose of the reception is to provide an avenue for networking and socialising within the industry to help expand professional networks and become involved in EFEE.

The reception will take place on Saturday, 9 September from 7pm and include drinks, nibbles, networking and entertainment. Attendance is free of charge, please select the number of tickets you require below. 


Opening Celebration Event | Sunday 10 September

Our Opening Celebration event will be held on Sunday, 10 September at the Royal Dublin Society. As well as the official opening of the conference this year the event will feature a celebration of Irish culture with local entertainment, food, wine and coffee.

The event is a great opportunity to network and start your conference experience.

Guinness Storehouse Dinner | Monday 11 September

Our Guinness Storehouse networking dinner includes local entertainment, gourmet bowl foods, breath-taking views of Dublin and of course the worlds most famous stout.

Places at this unique dinner will be in high demand and available with conference registration.

Entry includes: Welcome drink, gourmet bowl food, wine, coffee, entertainment and transport.

Conference Proceedings

Exhibition Demonstration Stage

We are offering exhibitors the opportunity to present on our demonstrating stage located within the exhibition hall. 

Sessions will be allocated based on 25 minutes (20 minute presentation with 5 minutes for questions). Full audio visual equipment will be made available. 

If you choose to purchase a presentation slot we will contact you shortly after booking to schedule your presentation.

Terms and Conditions
Exhibition bookings are considered confirmed once full payment has been received. -Cancellation- In the event you wish to cancel your booking the following charges will apply: - An administration charge of €250 will be applied up until 90 days prior to the conference - 25% within 90 days of the conference - 50% within 60 days of the conference - 100% within 30 days of the conference Cancellations must be advised in writing by the booking owner. -Insurance- Whilst every precaution is taken to protect your property during the event, responsibility cannot be accepted for any loss or damage that befalls the personnel or property of any exhibitor howsoever caused. Exhibitors are reminded of their responsibility to carry adequate insurance both before and during the event. You are also responsible for insuring against any legal liability incurred in respect of injury or damage to property belonging to third parties. In addition to this you should protect your outlay against Abandonment and Cancellation or Curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond the control of the Organiser. -Damage & Loss- The venue and the organiser accept no responsibility for damage or loss of materials introduced into the venue by exhibitors and/or their contractors. You should take every step to ensure the security of your stand and the items contained within, with the recommendation that insurance be undertaken where applicable.
